Program Description
The
The Physical Education path will bring you to educating your mind and body. It will require you to attend a Physical Education class for a semestral unit.
Strength and Conditioning path offers training, technologies and informations on improving speed, power, agility and coordination which are needed for sports participations. It is designed to all levels from Middle school, high school, collegiate and professional levels.
Personal Fitness Training offers a variety of training such as one on one training, partner training or group exercise or booth camp. The beauty of personal fitness training is it that we make fitness easy for everybody, we do evrything to achive your goals and you workout based on you present fitness levels and skills. We will help you to set and achieve your goals.
Video and Commentary is included in the program to offer new technology in fitness and performance training, commentary in fitness,research concerning perforamance.
